SMS Consent & Communication
The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from ZYRA Sleep & Wellness as described in these Terms.
Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receiving text messages from ZYRA Sleep & Wellness, you may receive messages related to the following:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Follow-up messages related to your care
- Lab results and clinical updates
- Billing inquiries and payment notifications
- General practice communications
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your care schedule. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, account status, or clinical updates.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. ZYRA Sleep & Wellness is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier.
Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from ZYRA Sleep & Wellness in the following ways:
- By submitting your phone number in our contact form and checking the SMS consent box
- By providing your phone number during patient intake and consenting to SMS communications
- By verbally consenting to SMS communications with our staff
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our contact form.
Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at our contact page to request removal from our messaging list.
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
